Located across the street from the Dalhousie Engineering Campus, our home is near the corner of Spring Garden and Barrington, and is walking distance to Dalhousie,

King's College, St. Mary's, NSCAD and the Shambhala Centre.  Within a ten minute walk, you can reach the Spring Garden and Barrington commercial areas, including the Farmer's Market, the Trident Café and the waterfront.  All said, it is a prime location for walking or cycling.

Our home is beautifully well kept and is thoroughly clean--no funny smells or dingy laundry cellars.  Lighting is excellent throughout and the kitchen was renovated with all new

appliances.  There's no charge to make local calls, and all rooms come fully furnished, with a bed, desk, chair, dresser and wardrobe closet.  Please see our FAQ page to see what extra things (such as pillows and sheets) that you should bring.

We require a minimum lease period of one year.  A check of your credit is required, as well as a parental co-signer if you are under 26.  Our home is best suited for graduate students and young professionals.
