This is one of the two bedrooms in our home that most people would consider to be normally-sized, measuring 12' by 11'.   It is still big enough for a twin-size bed, desk and bureau, but not large enough to accommodate a couch or coffee table as well.  A large, beautiful window gets the morning rays, while halogen lighting provides bright, full-spectrum light.  This is a quiet room, even with the window open.

A jacuzzi tub, next door, is shared with two other housemates, and access to the outdoor deck  is just up the stairs.  The room comes fully furnished, with a twin-size bed, a large desk and swivel chair, a bureau and wardrobe closet--all finished in light birch.  Blinds and window dressings are included as well.

This room is available for a one year lease at $950 per month.  All utilities included.
