Being on the jacuzzi floor has its advantages, especially after a damp, cold day.  This room is magnificent and huge, measuring 14' by 15', with 10' high ceilings, an extra-deep 85" by 39" closet and a very large window.  It can easily accommodate a queen bed, couch, coffee table, desk and bureau.  When the sun is out, this room lights up.  Halogen lighting is installed above and the jacuzzi bathroom, just down the hall, is shared with two other housemates.

An outdoor deck is just up the stairs.  This room is furnished with a full-size bed, a large desk and swivel chair, and a bureau, all finished in light birch.  Blinds and window dressings are also included.  The room is kept perfectly clean and is in great condition.

This room is available for a one year lease at $950 per month.  All utilities included.
