If you're traveling abroad or just away for the summer, and need a temporary mailing address, we may be able to help you.  For $15 per month, you can have your mail delivered to our address, where it will be securely held until your return.

The fee is required to be paid in advance.  Some paperwork is required in order to utilise this service and please note that, if your trip away is unexpectedly delayed past the date by which you have paid for delivery, no more mail will be accepted at our address, and your existing mail will be held for two weeks before it is returned to sender.  This service is intended for mail that can be sealed in an envelope and easily stored.  A maximum limit of three mid-sized packages may be received by us, before your return.  (We don't have available space for storing more packages.)

If you are an active resident of the house, mail delivery is of course included with your lease, and there is no additional fees.
