With a nice, little window and a full-height ceiling with built-in halogen lighting, this room offers a clean, well-lit place to get studies done.  Enjoy the deck and the large kitchen  upstairs, walk outside your room to relax in the Cave Lounge, and then when it's time to rest, retreat to the den for a good night's sleep--knowing that you're saving a bundle.  Warm in the winter and cool in the summer, this room is dry and cozy with wall to wall carpeting.

A large bathroom next door provides all the amenities, including a shower and bathtub.  Furnished with a twin-size bed, large desk and chair, bureau, and wardrobe, this room is kept perfectly clean and is in excellent condition.

This room is available for a one year lease at $850 per month.  All utilities included.  (This is a great deal!)
